Job Overview

This position requires working physically on-site with no option for remote work. Candidates need not have formal education credentials and will receive training as no prior experience is necessary. Proficiency in English is required to perform daily tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units thoroughly.
• Prepare and package food items for take-out orders.
• Maintain stock levels in refrigerators and salad bars.
• Operate manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim various food items.
• Ensure that kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
• Accept, unpack, and appropriately store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage locations.
• Dispose of kitchen garbage and trash in a timely manner.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
