Kitchen Helper

Job Overview

This full-time kitchen helper position is based in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The role requires working on-site with no provision for remote work. Candidates do not need to possess any formal degree, certificate, or diploma; however, previous experience is considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs efficiently.
• Store dishes appropriately after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and products.
• Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen garbage and waste materials properly.
• Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
• Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and fruits.
