Job Overview

Rapture Kitchens invites dedicated and energetic individuals to join its cloud kitchen "WRAP'D" located in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, as Kitchen Helpers. This full-time position involves a split or regular shift totaling about 10 hours daily. We seek motivated candidates passionate about food preparation and maintaining a hygienic cooking environment, willing to learn and grow within the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in simple line cooking and assembling wraps as per instructions, ensuring efficient preparation and packaging of orders.
• Prepare and organize the mise en place by having chopped vegetables, sauces, and raw ingredients ready ahead of peak order times. While core preparations and marinades are handled by the chef or owner, the helper supports these by arranging materials.
• Maintain cleanliness continuously throughout the shift, ensuring the kitchen platform, floors, and storage areas are kept spotless.
• Regularly wash, dry, and store cooking utensils, pans, and containers methodically.

Requirements

• Strong punctuality and reliability to report on time daily.
• High personal hygiene standards including trimmed nails and use of hairnets and gloves during work.
• Eagerness to learn kitchen tasks and a motivated work ethic.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided directly by the chef or owner.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 depending on performance and commitment.
• Provision of one daily meal.
• Comprehensive training under the direct guidance of the chef, ideal for freshers entering the food business.

Additional Information

This role requires adaptability to either split or regular shifts totaling 10 working hours daily. The position is based on-site in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
