Role Expectations and Responsibilities
We are seeking either an experienced Kitchen Assistant or an enthusiastic individual eager to start or advance their hospitality career who is committed to teamwork and maintaining high quality standards. The Kitchen Assistant is a critical support role responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and remains clean and orderly.
- Be actively engaged and hands-on, demonstrating a strong work ethic as part of an effective team
- Maintain excellent standards and demonstrate reliability
- Show eagerness to learn new skills, collaborate with the team, and communicate effectively
- Work closely with the kitchen staff contributing creatively to ensure exceptional service
- Exhibit good organizational and planning capabilities to manage daily duties successfully
