Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kindergarten Teacher to deliver the established curriculum with precision and up-to-date subject knowledge. The role requires planning and conducting engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to diverse learning styles utilizing appropriate materials and optimizing the classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the mandated curriculum accurately with current subject expertise.
- Organize and execute motivating lessons using diverse teaching aids suiting various learning preferences.
- Maintain comprehensive records including curriculum plans, attendance, resource inventories, and assessment documentation.
- Evaluate and document students' academic progress and attainment, employing assessments to customize learning paths to individual needs.
- Support students’ holistic development and provide educational guidance as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English along with a B.Ed qualification (degrees from Distance and Open Universities are not accepted).
- Have at least 4 years teaching experience specifically with CBSE and IGCSE curricula; prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.
- Demonstrate competency in IT and strong interpersonal communication skills.
