Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to serve the Playgroup, Nursery, and Jr. KG sections at our Chennai-based center located in Sikkarayapuram. This full-time position requires someone who can foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of young children.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities including age-appropriate play, rhymes, storytelling, and learning sessions for young children.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and friendly classroom atmosphere for all students.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating school events and related activities.
• Effectively communicate with parents about their children's daily progress and activities.
• Uphold classroom discipline and cleanliness rigorously.

Requirements

• Preferred qualifications include NTT, Montessori, ECE, D.El.Ed, or other relevant early childhood education certifications.
• Previous experience in preschool teaching is advantageous, although fresh graduates with suitable credentials are welcome to apply.
• Proficient communication skills in Tamil; basic English is also required.
• Must possess a patient, caring, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to regular attendance are essential.
• Preferably candidates living in or near Sikkarayapuram, Mangadu, or Kundrathur areas.

Additional Information

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from 7000 to 9000 INR, commensurate with experience and suitability. The position requires immediate joining.
