Job description
Role Overview
As a Kindergarten Facilitator based in Accra, you will be responsible for laying the foundation of literacy, numeracy, and other essential kindergarten subjects for young learners. This position requires creating a vibrant and welcoming classroom environment while fostering the personal and academic growth of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons covering basic literacy, numeracy, and other kindergarten curriculum topics.
- Design and conduct engaging and enjoyable activities that promote active learning.
- Ensure the classroom space remains safe, orderly, and hygienic at all times.
- Track and evaluate pupils' academic progress and social behaviour regularly.
- Maintain professional and clear communication channels with both parents and the school administration.
- Promote positive values including respect, teamwork, and good manners amongst students.
