Role Overview

As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional store operations and customer service. You will be involved in daily store management, ensuring all procedures are followed and customers have an excellent shopping experience. Keyholders are task owners who help lead when management is absent, promote store safety, and encourage our core values emphasizing compassion, expertise, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and assist customers with their purchases.
• Handle merchandise preparation, including processing orders, banking duties, and paperwork.
• Stock smaller items (under 10 lbs) on sales floors.
• Maintain store cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, and general upkeep.
• Unload deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs and stock appropriate items.
• Open and close the store responsibly according to company guidelines.
• Assign daily tasks to associate staff when managers are not present.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service aptitude.
• Capability to repeatedly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable transportation to and from the store.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on circumstances.
