Role Overview
As a Support Keyholder, you will assist the store management team in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets its profitability objectives. This role involves coordinating the seamless operations between front and back of house departments, developing your leadership abilities, and acting as a positive exemplar for store staff under the direction of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit deep product knowledge to align with brand objectives.
- Utilize company tools, incentives, and sales strategies to help achieve store targets.
- Apply understanding of product range and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle all back-of-house operations including stock organization, shipping, receiving, and ordering supplies according to company protocols.
- Ensure accurate and prompt inventory transactions.
- Maintain open, effective communication between the Store Manager and team.
- Promote staff motivation and engagement through support and innovative ideas.
- Participate actively in training and development initiatives.
- Coach team members on front- and back-of-house policies and procedures, providing constructive feedback for performance enhancement.
- Maintain store operations to provide an exceptional shopping experience, overseeing protocols related to stock and administrative duties.
- Collaborate on risk management, cash control, store security, and inventory oversight alongside management and operations teams.
- Lead physical inventory counts and support inventory management.
- Identify and report product and inventory issues to support business objectives.
- Adhere strictly to point-of-sale policies and procedures.
- Build productive relationships with the operations team to coordinate inventory goals.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to all store visitors.
- Work cooperatively with team members to uphold merchandise standards and visual presentation directives.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer needs, ensuring satisfaction.
- Represent Theory positively both on and off the sales floor.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in client-focused, sales support, or back-of-house roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Competency with computer systems, including point-of-sale technology; teamwork experience is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $21 to $24.50, determined by factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with matching, dental, vision and health insurance, employee assistance program, employee discounts, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
