Topologie is expanding its retail presence globally and is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support UK market growth. This role is ideal for someone who values the brand, enjoys contributing to a positive shopping environment, and embodies authentic personal style.

Leadership & Team Management

• Motivate and develop a proactive sales team.
• Assist the Store Manager with goal setting and constructive feedback.
• Promote a cooperative, growth-oriented team atmosphere.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store, managing keys and security codes, and acting as manager when the Store Manager is absent.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service ensuring memorable experiences for customers.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and empathetically.
• Support initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Performance

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and operational excellence.
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Store Operations

• Support daily operations including opening/closing, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory levels through regular checks.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and engaging product displays.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience with supervisory or keyholder duties preferred.
• Strong background in retail focusing on customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Adaptable to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Genuine passion for lifestyle and design with an eye for visual presentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 14 kg.
