Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and inspiring Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the daily operations of the store run efficiently. This role requires exemplary leadership through coaching and mentoring the sales team, setting standards for delivering genuine, personalized, and motivating customer service aimed at meeting sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
The Key Holder will be responsible for handling essential cash management tasks including start and end-of-day reconciliations, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated retail experience, ideally in cosmetics.
- Capability to deliver inspirational and authentic customer service.
- Familiarity with retail operations is a plus, particularly cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring staff to achieve sales and service goals is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment.
- Prior usage of retail point-of-sale systems.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada, proof to be supplied upon interview.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary ranges from $19.20 to $28.80 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget considerations, calculated on a 40-hour workweek and adjusted proportionally for other schedules.
