Role Overview

We seek an energetic and motivational Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the store operates seamlessly and efficiently. This leadership role requires exemplary coaching and mentoring abilities to guide the sales team in delivering personalized, genuine, and inspiring customer experiences aimed at meeting all sales and service goals.

This position also involves responsible retail operations duties, including cash handling, daily cash reconciliations, and performing opening and closing store procedures on a scheduled rotation.

Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters with prior retail experience, aspiring for their initial supervisory role and a pathway toward a rewarding career with a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven ability to deliver authentic and tailored customer service.
• Retail operations background including cash management and store opening/closing duties is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior supervisory experience, particularly coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and service standards, is favorable.
• Flexibility to work various retail shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using retail point-of-sale systems.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work and live in Canada if requested.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base hourly rate ranges from $19.40 to $29.15, contingent on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget, calculated on a standard 40-hour workweek with proportional adjustment for other hours.
