Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver excellent service by understanding their needs.
• Assist customers in locating desired products, explain features and benefits, and suggest complementary items.
• Be responsive to customers in fitting rooms to enhance their shopping experience.
• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets with support and training provided.
• Oversee the sales area in the absence of store management, handling opening and closing duties.
• Maintain product displays to ensure an appealing and organized store environment.
• Keep the sales floor and back areas clean and orderly.
• Stay updated on new products to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Process customer transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Follow company policies and procedures as directed by head office departments.
• Support other team members and perform additional tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Passion for clothing that promotes feel-good femininity, including lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
• Strong listening skills to effectively address customer needs.
• Proactive attitude with conscientious work ethic.
• Flexibility to work on holidays and extended hours during peak seasons, depending on availability.
