Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be integral to expanding One NZ's enterprise sector. Your objective is to cultivate trust-based partnerships with key clients, uncover new revenue streams within an existing client portfolio, and support customers in aligning technology solutions with their business goals. This commercial, relationship-focused position demands strategic account planning and solution selling to drive client growth, loyalty, and a healthy future sales pipeline, balancing client needs alongside financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and steer strategic account plans to grow revenue, identifying new upselling and cross-selling opportunities by mapping key stakeholders and setting clear strategies.
- Gain insights into customers' strategic aims to help them fast-track innovation through technology.
- Maintain and nurture important relationships with stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in core mobile, fixed line, and ICT product areas according to targets.
- Focus on excellent customer management to foster increased growth and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Provide regular reporting showcasing progress against sales targets and customer growth.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building prowess, comfortable at all organizational levels.
- Proven success in account management delivering robust commercial outcomes.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth potential aligned to customer needs.
- Experienced in solution selling across varied markets and distribution channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong planning and reporting capabilities.
- Self-driven, efficient, and capable of working independently to achieve results.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms to track sales activities and customer interactions.
