As a Key Account Manager (m/w/d), you will play a vital role in managing strategic customers and fostering sustainable success for our company. Key Responsibilities
- Managing key customers with a focus on strategic development.
- Creating and implementing tailored account plans.
- Conducting regular business reviews to maintain cooperation success.
- Expanding existing projects and contracts.
- Identifying and capitalizing on cross- and upselling opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining strong management-level relationships.
- Coordinating closely among customer, recruitment, and delivery teams.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of experience in key account management.
- Robust expertise in IT project business.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent customer focus.
- Confident demeanor with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in enhancing existing customer relationships and developing business potentials.
