Role Overview
The Key Account Manager, based full-time onsite in Riyadh, will nurture and expand strategic client partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing essential accounts, understanding client business goals, and aligning EdfaPay’s products and services accordingly. Daily activities involve conducting regular client meetings, reviewing account performance, devising strategic account plans, and pursuing opportunities for client retention, upselling, and revenue augmentation.
The role demands close collaboration with internal teams such as product development, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless implementations and maintain service quality. It also requires monitoring market trends, preparing analytics reports and forecasts, and aiding business planning initiatives to bolster EdfaPay’s positioning in target markets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in managing key accounts and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret data, evaluate account health, and inform business decisions.
- Customer-focused approach with prompt responsiveness to client needs, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Experience in strategic account business planning within fintech, payment solutions, or related sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working on-site in Riyadh and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a relevant discipline; professional certifications in sales or account management add value.
- Knowledge of payment technologies including gateways, POS systems, and digital financial services is highly preferred.
