Overview
Unilever is seeking a Key Account Executive to oversee sales and distribution efforts within their assigned territory, focusing on general trade channels. This role requires managing relationships with customers and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage allocated territories and customers to meet sales targets by engaging in personal selling activities and overseeing the RS (Retailer Sales) system.
- Analyze the competitive market landscape to enhance customer service quality and improve market position.
- Negotiate with Retailers and Sales personnel to expand business opportunities and develop the sales team's capabilities.
- Closely monitor competitors' activities and report findings to branch management to inform counterstrategies.
- Evaluate RS and sales team performance regularly and implement corrective measures to address operational gaps.
- Plan and execute promotional initiatives within the allocated budget in collaboration with superiors.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A full-time graduation degree is mandatory.
- Minimum three years of experience in channel sales, with expertise in general trade and distributor management.
- Proficient in ROI calculations and effective management of RS distribution.
- Experienced in appointment of Retailers and strategic sales planning.
- Capable of organizing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
