Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Video Editor/Graphic Designer to join our Dubai-based team in an on-site, full-time capacity. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to enhance their video editing and graphic design skills in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw video footage into refined, brand-consistent videos spanning social media, promotional campaigns, event coverage, and interviews.
• Incorporate titles, graphics, music, and effects to enrich storytelling and visual impact.
• Adapt and optimize video content for diverse platforms and formats to ensure maximum audience engagement.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of the media and footage archives.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and fulfill project briefs.
• Assist during filming sessions by managing lighting, audio, and necessary equipment setups.

Qualifications and Skills

• Portfolio or showreel showcasing video editing and graphic design capabilities.
• Proficient in editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Higgsfield, and AI-based video generation platforms.
• Experienced in typography, color grading, and sound design techniques.
• Keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Understanding of video specifications and best practices across various platforms, particularly social media.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to acquire new skills.

Desirable Attributes

• Passion for motorcycles and familiarity with motorcycle communities is advantageous.
• Foundational graphic design skills including proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects for motion graphics.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Experience in fusion and motion graphics adds value.
