Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Video Editor to produce compelling short and long-form video content for our various digital outlets. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for storytelling, stay abreast of social media trends, and consistently deliver high-quality videos that enhance user engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce polished video edits suited for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create visually engaging content including property tours, promotional clips, customer testimonials, and narratives that reflect CityPlots' brand identity.
• Integrate motion graphics, smooth transitions, captions, animations, as well as background audio and sound effects.
• Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement content schedules.
• Convert extended video material into multiple concise social media-friendly clips.
• Optimize videos tailored to diverse social media format specifications.
• Keep informed about cutting-edge editing techniques, AI-based editing tools, and contemporary social media content trends.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Demonstrated ability in crafting content specifically for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong grasp of narrative development, pacing, and visual framing.
• Fundamental skills in motion graphics and color grading.
• Capable of working autonomously and adhering to tight deadlines.
• Innovative mindset with sharp attention to detail.
