Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Junior Video Editor to join our team on site in Kolkata. This video editor will be responsible for producing compelling video content tailored for social media and various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit both short and long-form videos designed for digital consumption.
• Create reels, promotional videos, teasers, and other creative content formats.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, transitions, graphic overlays, and subtitles.
• Collaborate closely with content and creative teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Maintain high quality and ensure timely delivery of video projects.
• Keep informed about the latest video editing techniques and social media video trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing tasks.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and effects.
• Strong knowledge of editing concepts such as cuts, transitions, timing, audio mixing, and color correction.
• Possess keen visual sensibility and acute attention to detail.
• Understanding of current social media video formats and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
