Junior Ticketing Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team based in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have a minimum of one year experience handling both domestic and international air ticketing, with a solid command of Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. This role requires working night shifts to support our international clientele.

Location and Department

• Position is located at C.G Road, Ahmedabad.
• Allocated within the International Ticketing Department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process airline ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, and fare calculations for domestic and global travel routes.
• Operate GDS platforms including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre for flight reservations and itinerary modifications.
• Provide customers with accurate fare quotations, handle refunds, and manage schedule adjustments.
• Ensure tickets are issued correctly and maintain precise Passenger Name Record (PNR) information.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of airline policies and worldwide travel regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant ticketing experience.
• Competency with at least one GDS software: Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Comprehensive understanding of ticketing procedures and fare structures.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Capability to work independently, especially during night shifts.
