Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our Support team. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills, enjoy working with diverse teams, and be capable of simplifying complex technical information for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support personnel to develop product manuals and self-help documentation for clients.
• Produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documents adhering to quality, formatting, and stylistic standards.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to create content aimed at enhancing issue resolution and user satisfaction.
• Participate in knowledge sharing within the support community.
• Gather and verify detailed information from support, engineering, and product teams.
• Review and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, coherence, quality, and optimize for search engines.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Between 0 to 3 years of experience in technical communication.
• Familiarity with writing for SaaS, mobile, and desktop B2C products.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach and willingness to seek guidance when needed.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs under pressure.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Experience in creating content for home and business users across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Awareness of cybersecurity trends and relevant topics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Ability to design clean, on-brand graphics and screenshots to support technical documents.
