Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and training on national and international tax policies within the FP Group.
- Support and participate in the internal control system to ensure the accuracy of tax-related internal controls.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of annual financial statements of all FP companies, particularly focusing on the calculation of current and deferred taxes.
- Help prepare transfer pricing documentation for FP Group companies and other tax documentation for special transactions.
- Support the management of national and international tax audits and monitor tax risks.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects in the tax department, including taking responsibility for sub-projects.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed education in economics or law, preferably with a tax specialization.
- At least two years of professional experience, for example at an international tax consulting firm or a tax department of a global company; experience with transfer pricing is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- High commitment, confident demeanor, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Structured and solution-oriented work approach, strong analytical abilities, with the capability to quickly understand complex issues.
