Junior Structural Draftsman

Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Structural Draftsman to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role requires creating accurate structural drawings and detailing under the guidance of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural drawings following company and industry standards.
• Assist in detailing and drafting of structural components.
• Read and interpret structural plans and blueprints.
• Coordinate with engineers and other team members to ensure accuracy of drawings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Between one to three years of practical experience in structural drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Understanding of structural drawings, detailing, and drafting standards.
• Good reading comprehension of structural drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Qatar.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized.
