Junior Sales Quotation Specialist

Position Summary

This role, reporting to the India-based local manager and collaborating with the Global sales team, involves generating and accurately submitting a substantial number of renewal and new product quotations alongside order submissions for designated accounts. The role requires working the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver precise sales quotes to the Sales team 60 to 90 days before deadlines.
• Utilize Salesforce.com reports to recognize all product renewals, pricing details, and associated opportunities.
• Log all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Apply embedded forecast probability definitions within Salesforce.com to correctly categorize sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about Autodesk products, competitors, market trends, promotions, and relevant partner information.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Outside Sales teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales support capacity.
• Skilled in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks efficiently under time constraints.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain accuracy at high speed.
• Experience in a large corporate office environment.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: proficiency in Salesforce.com and a three-year college degree.
