Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Singapore recruitment team, managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. If you are sales-driven and eager to grow your career in recruitment, this role is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
- Promote job vacancies through direct client marketing and public job advertisements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Conduct market mapping, headhunting, and business development for candidate acquisition.
- Perform reference checks and negotiate employment contracts including salary terms.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous.
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong drive to meet targets and exceed expectations.
- Goal-oriented and ready to invest effort to achieve success.
