Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network, connecting top clients and tech talent.
• Manage the recruitment process end to end—from initial candidate contact to contract negotiations and post-placement support.
• Establish yourself as a market expert and trusted point of contact for clients and candidates alike.
• Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure mutually successful partnerships between clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level, along with good English communication skills.
• Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A high degree of self-motivation and a keen desire to continuously improve in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience and commitment to approach challenges with solutions-oriented thinking.
