Role Overview
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as an independent business unit within the company. Your responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates for specialized jobs, managing and acquiring clients in your focus area, negotiating contracts, and placing candidates in suitable positions. Your performance will be measured against clear KPIs with opportunities for advancement tied directly to your efforts.

- Recent graduate from any discipline

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
- Potential earnings average £43,000 in the first year
- Average earnings of £76,000 by year two
- Consultants earn at least £100,000 by year three
