Role Overview
The Junior Recruiter will be part of the Inkeros Recruiting team, gaining foundational experience in high-volume recruitment within a demanding industry, managing multiple client accounts. This role demands an individual quick to learn and adaptable to a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include assessing candidates' potential through insightful questioning and maintaining an organized pipeline of prospective talent. This is a dynamic communication-driven role suitable for those eager to excel in performance-oriented recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and screening resumes while building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews via phone or face-to-face interactions
- Making decisions on candidate suitability based on interview insights and resume evaluations
- Acting as a liaison for candidate and stakeholder inquiries
- Achieving weekly strategic goals set for assigned client accounts
Candidate Profile
- Possesses strong social and emotional intelligence
- Highly organized and dependable
- Quick to learn and proficient with technology and software tools
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and deadlines
