Role Overview
As a Junior Recruiter, you will gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruiting within a competitive industry, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. This role is ideal for proactive, quick learners who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in assessing candidates through insightful questioning. Strong organizational skills are essential to effectively maintain and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Excellent communication skills and a performance-driven attitude are also key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen resumes to build and maintain a pool of eligible candidates.
- Conduct interviews both over the phone and in person.
- Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations by assessing interview feedback and resumes.
- Act as a liaison for candidates and stakeholders, addressing their queries effectively.
- Achieve weekly strategic targets assigned to clients.
Candidate Profile
- Strong social and emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and deadlines.
- Post-secondary education is a plus but not mandatory.
