Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager with managing commercial aspects of multiple EPS projects.
• Prepare procurement packages for subcontracting activities.
• Estimate and analyse costs related to tenders and contracts.
• Perform measurement of bills of quantities and prepare as well as verify valuations and re-measurements.
• Monitor and review variations; prepare material order schedules and handle document control.
• Agree on interim payments and final accounts.
• Maintain understanding and application of contractual obligations.
• Administer contract records and manage claims.
• Carry out measurement and valuation work for employers and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly progress payment applications and provide financial reports on contract status.
• Set up subcontract agreements including terms, conditions, and ongoing monitoring of subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Fully qualified with a BSc Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficient computer skills and IT literacy.
• Effective communication ability for interactions across diverse business areas.
• Experience in cost management and subcontractor oversight within civil engineering and building projects.
• Possess a full, clean driving license.
