Junior Qualifier - Final Expense Sales

Overview

Our client is seeking a Junior Qualifier to join their Final Expense sales campaign at their BPO center in Rawalpindi. This role involves engaging with potential clients via calls to build interest in Final Expense insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound communications with prospects interested in Final Expense insurance.
• Effectively presenting the insurance plan, developing rapport, and assessing the client's interest and qualification.
• Successfully closing interest qualification and passing the qualified leads to licensed agents for final sale completion.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in spoken English with persuasive communication skills.
• Previous experience in Final Expense insurance, related insurance sales, or BPO sales environments is preferred.
• Aptitude to work in a target-focused environment adhering to US time zone shifts.
• A confident and empathetic demeanor suited to handling a sensitive and emotional product.
