Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager focused on AI, UX, and Automation to support and evolve our ecommerce platform, which serves thousands of daily users. This role involves harnessing modern technologies, deeply understanding user requirements, and introducing innovative product features to deliver intuitive, transparent, and intelligent customer experiences. You will champion enhancements in automated customer communications, co-develop new features alongside our tech team, and identify automation opportunities using AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the progression of our digital platform by conceptualizing and implementing new features in close collaboration with management and technical teams.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies and Large Language Models to automate processes and enrich product functionality.
• Analyze user behavior data to uncover areas for UX improvements and design user-centric UI concepts.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, product management, and user experience, and convert insights into actionable roadmap items.

Qualifications

• Completed academic degree demonstrating strong analytical skills and exceptional performance, regardless of major.
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, leveraging them to ideate, troubleshoot, and enhance work output.
• Some relevant experience in digital environments, including internships, working student positions, or up to 1.5 years full-time experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or UX/UI.
• Strong affinity for digital products with an excellent sense for intuitive UX/UI and understanding of technical frameworks.
• A proactive and independent approach to managing projects, demonstrated through experiences such as study abroad, personal projects, or volunteering.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are advantageous.
