The company seeks a Product Designer dedicated to transforming complex product requirements into straightforward, visually appealing, and highly usable designs.

Role Overview

This hands-on position involves collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to develop ideas from early concepts through to refined, production-quality designs. The Product Designer will own the entire design lifecycle, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product design workflow, including discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and implementation phases.
• Simplify complex product and business requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences.
• Create responsive designs optimized for both web and mobile platforms.
• Develop user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers through discovery, design, and launch stages.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to support and validate design directions.
• Utilize product analytics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to refine existing designs.
• Build and update design systems, reusable UI components, and interaction patterns to maintain consistency.
• Take part in product strategy meetings, identifying opportunities to boost user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Review designs post-implementation and work with Engineering to uphold high-quality standards.
• Balance user requirements, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of four years’ experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related disciplines.
• A robust portfolio showcasing comprehensive digital product design projects, emphasizing process and outcomes rather than only visual design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including expertise in components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems management.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability standards.
• Strong visual design capabilities, with keen attention to typography, spacing, layout hierarchy, and interactive detail.
• Proven ability to simplify intricate workflows and technically complex products.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineers within agile environments.
• Skilled at articulating and defending design choices, backed by research, logical reasoning, and data.
• Ability to operate independently and tackle ambiguous challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Background in fintech, payments, AI, SaaS, messaging, or consumer technology products.
• Experience designing payment processes, onboarding flows, KYC procedures, dashboards, transactional flows, or other complex workflows.
• Working experience with fast-growing technology companies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Competence using analytics and experimentation to enhance product experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product features and conversational user interfaces.
