Position Summary

Due to company expansion, they seek a Junior Procurement Specialist to assist operational activities at their Dublin Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage daily procurement activities, handling all queries received at the head office.
• Report directly to the procurement lead.
• Meet strict deadlines consistently by delivering timely and precise information.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned to the role.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships effectively.
• Handle additional tasks including resolving invoice discrepancies and occasionally assist with tender pricing.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working with engineering, electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic spare parts preferred.
• Robust procurement experience paired with strong administrative capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Fluent English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone etiquette, and presentation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to all areas of responsibility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
