Role Overview

As a Junior Motion Designer at HOWL, you will play a central role in crafting engaging motion graphics tailored for digital and social media platforms supporting a variety of brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and production of superior motion graphics for digital and social channels, serving a broad range of clients.
• Develop captivating visual assets including social campaigns, brand films, product explainers, logo animations, reels, and other forms of motion storytelling.
• Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring high standards, meticulous attention, and on-time completion.
• Contribute innovative, motion-centric ideas during brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and new business presentations.
• Confidently present creative concepts, the reasoning behind them, and finished work to both internal teams and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Driven by creativity with a hunger to innovate and elevate creative standards continuously.
• Possess 1-2 years of professional experience in motion design, ideally within digital, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Solid grasp of storytelling techniques, pacing, composition, typography, and foundational design principles relevant to motion design.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
• Team-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and capable of taking full ownership of projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
