Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic assortment and budget plans, including detailed seasonal forecasting
- Track sales performance continuously and implement in-season adjustments such as reorders
- Generate weekly sales reports, presentations, and perform ad-hoc data analyses
- Identify opportunities for growth and untapped segments within assortment categories
- Constantly enhance merchandise planning tools and processes
- Collaborate closely with Buying and Design teams, contributing significantly to the success of the company's own brands
Candidate Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent discipline
- Initial experience in merchandise planning
- Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of sales KPIs and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Some experience with SQL, particularly Google BigQuery
- Ability to work independently with a practical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in stakeholder collaboration
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German
- Prior exposure to fashion e-commerce
- Familiarity with Power Query
