Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative HR tasks covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and work references punctually and accurately.
- Maintain personnel master data and digital employee records meticulously to ensure high data quality.
- Serve as a point of contact, assisting employees and managers with administrative questions about employment relationships, benefits, and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and Payroll departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Handle official documents, proofs, and certificates professionally and efficiently.
- Support ongoing improvements of HR processes by leveraging digital tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, ideally related to human resources, office management, or administration.
- Approximately 1–2 years of initial professional experience in HR or equivalent practical experience gained through relevant training.
- A passion for interacting with people combined with a strong service orientation.
- Methodical, accurate, and dependable working style.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Interest in digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Enthusiastic about using AI tools and AI agents to assist with administrative tasks.
- Curious and willing to question current workflows to make processes more efficient.
- More important than many years of experience are your willingness to learn, your service mindset, and enthusiasm for modern HR practices.
