Corporate Reporting Team Overview

The rapidly expanding Corporate Reporting team at IP Excellera provides comprehensive corporate reporting services across the GCC, including project management, content creation, visual design, digital experiences, and film production.

Role Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer will contribute to the design and production of key corporate communications such as annual reports, sustainability and ESG reports, and corporate profiles. The role focuses on layout design, typesetting, and document production within predefined visual and brand standards. Candidates should possess a keen eye for typography and details, comfortably handle extensive multi-page documents, and maintain high consistency and precision for large volumes of content.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and producing corporate reports and publications
• Develop and polish page layouts ensuring visual uniformity and precision
• Execute typesetting tasks with strong emphasis on typography quality
• Prepare master pages, styles, grids, and structured documents using Adobe InDesign
• Manage content organization for extensive multi-page documents
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all design elements
• Incorporate feedback efficiently from senior designers and stakeholders
• Support preparation of final artwork and files for print and digital distribution
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold quality within tight delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or an equivalent discipline
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong command of typography, grid layouts, and document design principles
• Experience with multi-page document handling is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and compliance with brand standards
• Effective time management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Good interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Basic understanding of print production workflows preferred
• Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Arabic, are desirable
