Responsibilities
- Assist in expanding and further developing our digital tax product at CHECK24.
- Develop concepts, designs, and usability improvements to optimize the customer experience of the tax software.
- Ensure product quality by detecting graphical and functional deviations, managing quality assurance, and handling testing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and leadership to prepare and present strategic decision-making materials and define software development requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses, as well as track and analyze key performance indicators to continuously optimize product success.
Requirements
- A strong academic background with a completed degree in a technical, natural science, or economic field such as business informatics, industrial engineering, or mathematics.
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style to continually improve the product based on data and facts.
- Keen attention to detail, enthusiasm for design, and a high standard of quality awareness.
- Strong interest in innovative technologies, especially artificial intelligence, with familiarity or curiosity about prompt engineering, feature design, and working with modern AI tools like Figma or Cursor.
- Excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and the capacity to quickly grasp complex technical topics.
- Fluent German language skills at C1 level or above, both spoken and written.
