Job description
Overview
Chennai Darbar Restaurant in Jeddah seeks a Junior Creative & Content Executive passionate about design, photography, video production, food, branding, and social media. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience, emphasizing creativity, portfolio strength, and eagerness to learn.
Key Duties
- Design professional business and corporate profiles, presentations, brochures, proposals, and event visuals.
- Create Instagram content such as posts, stories, campaign visuals, and assist with monthly planning while ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Photograph food, drinks, interiors, events, catering setups, and maintain an organized visual asset library.
- Develop advertising creatives for various digital platforms including Facebook and Instagram, generating promotional campaigns and diverse creative formats.
- Design, update, and improve restaurant and catering menus, working with management on menu engineering using sales, pricing, and customer data.
- Manage social media messaging by responding to customer queries professionally and forwarding qualified leads to management.
- Produce restaurant photography and behind-the-scenes B-roll capturing food preparation, staff, atmosphere, and customer experiences for use in promotional materials.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, focusing on food and behind-the-scenes content.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in graphic design with a strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition.
- Competence in photography and video shooting/editing.
- Understanding of Instagram and general social media content creation.
- Keen visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas.
- A passion or strong interest in food, hospitality, and restaurants is highly advantageous.
Software Knowledge
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, and other design, video, or photography tools is preferred.
Portfolio Submission
Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing their design, photography, and video work including links to online profiles or websites.
