Junior Contracts Analyst (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Overview

This position is for a Junior Contracts Analyst on a one-year fixed-term contract, working full-time onsite in Singapore. The role focuses on handling trading contracts and confirmations related to commodity products, with significant involvement in contract lifecycle management and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate standard trading contract confirmations.
• Validate daily trade entries to ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining Contract Lifecycle Management templates and libraries.
• Support reporting functions, track key performance indicators, and promote data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams across Trading, Operations, and Contracts functions.

Experience and Background

• Prior internship or work experience in commodities or trading environments.
• Familiarity with structured and process-driven workplaces.
• Experience or exposure to Electronic Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) systems and/or Contract Lifecycle Management platforms.
