Job description

About the Role

Access Healthcare offers a structured career opportunity for driven individuals seeking a career change into recruitment consultancy within the healthcare sector. This position provides comprehensive training and mentorship to develop you from a novice recruiter to an experienced consultant with a clear advancement path from Associate up to Director level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle by posting job vacancies, screening candidate CVs, and conducting interviews for healthcare clients.
  • Facilitate candidate onboarding by assisting them with certification and compliance requirements to prepare them for assignments.
  • Schedule shifts for candidates with clients and receive commission payments for each successfully booked shift.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of two years professional experience following formal education, in any discipline.
  • Hold eligibility to work in Ireland, demonstrated by an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa, and be located in or willing to relocate to Dublin.
  • Exhibit ambition, coachability, and strong motivation driven by clear targets and measurable outcomes.

Training and Career Development

  • Complete a structured onboarding program transitioning from no experience to an operational recruitment consultant.
  • Benefit from ongoing hands-on mentorship and coaching by managers and senior consultants throughout your development.
  • Follow a transparent 12-step career progression plan from Associate to Director, based on performance rather than tenure.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Earn uncapped commission earnings with no clawbacks, directly reflecting your shift bookings.
  • Achieve fast recognition with promotions rewarded by measurable results.
  • Participate in regular team social events and incentive programs that foster a positive and engaged team culture.
  • Expected total earnings average €45,000+ in the first year and €75,000+ in the second year, combining base salary and commissions.
