About the Role
Access Healthcare offers a structured career opportunity for driven individuals seeking a career change into recruitment consultancy within the healthcare sector. This position provides comprehensive training and mentorship to develop you from a novice recruiter to an experienced consultant with a clear advancement path from Associate up to Director level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle by posting job vacancies, screening candidate CVs, and conducting interviews for healthcare clients.
- Facilitate candidate onboarding by assisting them with certification and compliance requirements to prepare them for assignments.
- Schedule shifts for candidates with clients and receive commission payments for each successfully booked shift.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a minimum of two years professional experience following formal education, in any discipline.
- Hold eligibility to work in Ireland, demonstrated by an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa, and be located in or willing to relocate to Dublin.
- Exhibit ambition, coachability, and strong motivation driven by clear targets and measurable outcomes.
Training and Career Development
- Complete a structured onboarding program transitioning from no experience to an operational recruitment consultant.
