Role Overview

ManpowerGroup Ireland seeks a Junior Recruitment Consultant to provide comprehensive recruitment services for a globally recognized client based in Galway/Athlone. This position requires working fully on-site with easy access to client locations in Galway and Athlone.

Support and Training

The successful candidate will receive extensive training from an expert team of HR and recruitment professionals committed to supporting and sharing knowledge. Key Duties

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Build and sustain proactive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client's workforce needs and maintain robust recruitment and HR documentation.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their needs and identify suitable candidates effectively.
  • Manage daily client communications, meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Maintain thorough and professional recruitment administration practices in compliance with GDPR.
  • Demonstrate dedication, passion, and quality focus aligned with client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team on daily account management tasks.

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Proven success in surpassing KPI targets.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Experience in HR administration is advantageous.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on innovation and passion for the role.
