Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the Mall Kiosk for customers interested in selling their used vehicles.
• Identify and acquire quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall location.
• Engage in price negotiations ensuring equitable deals for both the seller and company.
• Manage all required documentation and paperwork involved in purchasing used cars.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to car sellers throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve purchasing targets and gross profit objectives.
• Stay informed on market trends and pricing to make well-grounded buying decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the used car buying sector.
• Hold a University degree, Diploma, College certificate, or equivalent qualifications.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic skills are considered an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated strength in negotiation and relationship building with clients.
• Ability to operate independently and manage deals from initiation to completion.
• Well-versed in local automotive market conditions and current pricing trends.
• Passion for automobiles combined with a strong customer service orientation.
