Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our energetic sales team based in Balcatta, Perth. This role suits proactive individuals eager to establish a strong presence and personal brand in the industry by pursuing business growth across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue diverse business prospects across Western Australia, navigating dynamic market environments.
• Engage face-to-face with clients daily, supported by our delivery team at the Balcatta office.
• Gain deep insights into clients’ operations to deliver customized recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Develop expertise in labour solutions within the Western Australian market to effectively advise clients and colleagues.
• Seek out and capitalize on exciting project opportunities while enhancing problem-solving skills and celebrating achievements.

Working Hours Options

• 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute break)
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute break)
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute break)
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute break)
