Junior BIM Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Junior BIM Coordinator or Technician to join a prominent architectural firm based in London on a full-time basis. This role involves collaborating closely with architectural and project teams to produce high-quality, coordinated BIM models and associated documentation using Autodesk Revit. You will engage in all stages of project design and delivery, playing a vital role in supporting projects, contributing to BIM standards development, and advocating digital innovation within the practice. This position offers a chance to work on prominent UK projects while enhancing your technical and digital design skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage architectural BIM models and documentation utilizing Revit software.
• Provide support to project teams regarding Revit usage, BIM standards, and best practice methodologies.
• Develop and sustain Revit families and BIM content libraries.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, model validation, and coordination processes.
• Assist in the advancement of BIM standards, workflows, and digital toolsets.
• Encourage BIM adoption and innovation throughout project teams.
• Help deliver BIM-related training and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years BIM experience on medium to large-scale UK architectural projects.
• Proficient with Revit, including architectural modeling and development of complex families.
• Good command over AutoCAD and familiarity with Solibri, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC platforms.
• Knowledgeable about BIM standards, particularly ISO 19650, along with coordination methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities combined with a cooperative working style.
