Junior Barista

Job Overview

As a Junior Barista at Ira Hospitality in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in supporting beverage preparation and ensuring excellent customer service, all while keeping the café environment clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft coffee and other drinks using established recipes to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and organize the coffee station by stocking ingredients required for service.
• Keep the workstation, equipment, and surrounding service areas hygienic and orderly throughout the shift.
• Interact professionally with guests, processing transactions using the Point of Sale system effectively.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and food storage guidelines, including first-in-first-out (FIFO) procedures.
• Support senior team members by assisting with inventory management and general café operations.

Requirements and Skills

• Prior experience in a café environment ranging from none to one year, allowing room for freshers to apply.
• Basic understanding of coffee preparation and a keen willingness to learn different brewing methods.
• Excellent communication skills and availability to work shifts that may vary.
