About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Architect for our Architecture & Design department located in Sadashiv Peth, Pune. This position is ideal for B.Arch graduates with up to 2 years of experience, including freshers with strong design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior architects with architectural planning, designing, and executing projects.
- Create 2D drawings such as working drawings and detailed architectural plans.
- Develop 3D models, visual renders, and design presentations.
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Collaborate with structural and MEP consultants and other project team members.
- Perform site visits and track project progress when necessary.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Incorporate feedback and design changes from clients.
- Keep thorough project documentation, including drawings and material specifications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with visualization software tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural design concepts and construction methods.
- Skilled in drafting, detailing, and preparing presentations.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and manage tasks under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree and have 0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with excellent design and software abilities are also welcome to apply. Successful applicants should be enthusiastic, creative, and willing to engage in both design-related and site activities.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 30,000 INR.
