About the Role
We seek a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) graduate to join our Mumbai office as a Junior Architect. This position focuses on producing architectural working drawings using AutoCAD alongside performing building energy modeling for various residential and commercial projects based in the United States.
Responsibilities
The core duties encompass developing full architectural drawing packages, which include site plans, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), elevations, architectural details, and coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) schematics. Responsibilities extend to reviewing architectural plans, sections, schedules, and specifications; coordinating architectural with MEP drawings; identifying discrepancies or incomplete information; and revising drawings with precision while keeping project documentation well-organized.
Additionally, the role requires building energy modeling and analysis using specialized software to evaluate building envelopes, HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, and other systems. You will perform simulations comparing design alternatives and prepare energy compliance documentation and related reports while collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.

Who Can Apply

Candidates should currently reside in Mumbai and have a keen interest in architectural drawings, AutoCAD, building science, and energy-efficient design. Proficiency in English communication is expected.
